Chloe Rivas, MSW, LSW

Clinical Therapist

Chloe believes that healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships. She understands that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially for those carrying the impact of trauma, and she strives to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as they are.

Drawing from an attachment-based lens, Chloe works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families impacted by complex trauma, chronic stress, and attachment wounds. She integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and play therapy approaches to create a personalized therapeutic experience that honors each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

With a background in education and experience supporting Autistic individuals across the lifespan, Chloe is deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care. She is passionate about helping neurodivergent clients better understand themselves, embrace their authentic identities, and build lives that align with who they are rather than who they feel pressured to be.

Chloe brings warmth, curiosity, cultural humility, and compassion to her work. She supports clients in exploring their inner worlds, strengthening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change. As a bilingual therapist, she is honored to provide therapy in Spanish, helping Spanish-speaking individuals and families access care in the language that feels most comfortable to them.

Outside of the therapy room, Chloe enjoys baking, traveling, spending time near the water, and connecting with her family, friends, and her dog, Chip.
