Regulate & Restore

Friday, 6/13/25 from 4:30-5:30pm

655 Clements Bridge Rd, Barrington NJ

Join Simone Lavine, LPC, for a gentle, body-based movement & breath class designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. Simone is a licensed therapist & yoga teacher trained in somatic therapies, and this class offers experiential tools to help you get to know your body, and connect with a sense of safety, presence, and inner peace.

Through breathwork, rhythmic movement, and guided visualization, you’ll explore simple yet powerful ways to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other forms of mental and emotional distress.

This class is trauma-sensitive and open to all—no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, resourced, and at home in your body.
