Individual Therapy
We utilize a strengths-based, humanistic approach that empowers clients to access their own inner wisdom to achieve their personal growth and relational goals. We incorporate experiential therapies, somatic practices and sensory supports to offer the most holistic, effective treatment for our clients. These may include IFS, EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts, therapeutic movement, and more.
