Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

We utilize a strengths-based, humanistic approach that empowers clients to access their own inner wisdom to achieve their personal growth and relational goals. We understand traditional talk therapy techniques are not always sufficient in addressing the full range of impact that trauma and emotional distress can have on individuals. We incorporate experiential therapies, somatic practices and sensory supports to offer the most holistic, effective treatment for our clients. These may include IFS, EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts, therapeutic movement, and more.

We can help you address a wide range of mental health, life, and relational challenges including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Relationship and Family Issues

  • Personality Disorders

  • Anger Issues

  • Aggression

  • Eating Disorders

  • Body Image Issues

  • Athlete Mental Health

Couple, Relationship,
and Family Therapy

Our closest relationships have a profound impact on our lives and wellbeing. Your loved ones have the potential to be healing, supportive safe havens, but when conflict takes over, we are often left feeling alone, overwhelmed, heartbroken, helpless, and even unsafe. We offer relationship and family therapy services to help you build healthier, more authentic relationships and a more connected family life.

We support relationship healing from an attachment lens that is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We also support parent-child relationships with Family Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Parent/Caregiver Coaching, and Theraplay interventions.

Our family and relationship therapy is neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming. We also affirm and support non-traditional relationships and family structures. We practice cultural humility and respect for the ways intersectionality and systemic oppression show up in interpersonal contexts.

We support  couples, relationships, and families that are:

Child & Adolescent Therapy

We are passionate about working with children and youth, even the most skeptical and untrusting children and teens. We provide play therapy for children in our therapeutic playrooms. We utilize a variety of play therapy modalities including Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Theraplay, Sand Tray Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, EMDR, Expressive Arts, Mindfulness, and Somatic/Sensory therapy with children.

We understand that the caregiving system and school environment have a major impact on the wellbeing of children, and therefore heavily include caregivers in treatment and prioritizes advocacy in the school setting.
