Group Therapy

We offer a diverse selection of counseling and support groups designed to meet your needs. See below for our current group offerings, or let us know if there's a specific group you'd like to see offered.

Kids Grief Group

for kids ages 8-10

This supportive group is designed to help children ages 8 to 10 navigate the complex emotions that come with grief and loss. Through creative activities, storytelling, art, and play, kids will have the chance to express their feelings, learn about grief in an age-appropriate way, and connect with others who have experienced a loss.

This group provides a safe and nurturing space where children can feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll explore ways to remember and honor loved ones, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Whether a child has lost a parent, sibling, grandparent, or other special person, this group offers a gentle and healing space for them to begin making sense of their grief.
